With this searching method, you search for a sun gear based on the number of teeth and the total length. First, you enter the number of external teeth followed by the number of external teeth and then the total length. You can easily measure this length using callipers.

Tip: Add a dot using a waterproof marker pen when counting the teeth. Start counting at the dot until you have counted them all. This is a practical method to be sure that you are counting correctly.
