Takeuchi was established in 1963 in Japan by Mr Akio Takeuchi. Now, Takeuchi machines are well-known globally and the company is a big player in the supply of track loaders, mini and midi excavators and hydraulic excavators in the range from 1 to 15 tonnes. Takeuchi was also the first that put the compact excavator on the market in 1971 and later, in 1986, a compact track loader on rubber tracks.
